DAD'S CHILI 
3 lb. roast (cut into 1/2 cubes, not ground)
3 or 4 onions, chopped
10 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
Red pepper flakes, to taste
2 cans beef bouillon
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 cans kidney beans

Cut up roast. Brown beef in oil then add chili powder, salt, pepper, red pepper. Stir and add beef bouillon, tomato paste, kidney beans. Simmer 3 hours or more. Serves 1 large family, leftovers may be frozen and reheated later.
