ENGLISH PEA AND CHEDDAR CHEESE
SALAD
 
2 (16 oz.) cans small English peas, drained
3 to 4 stalks celery, finely cut
1/2 onion, grated
3 to 4 tbsp. pickle relish
2 to 4 dill pickles, grated
1/2 green pepper, finely cut
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, diced
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
salt to taste

Mix all ingredients. Chill well.

Serves 10. Great for buffet dish.
