ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 c. tiny English peas, drained
1 c. French green beans, drained
1 small to medium onion, chipped
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1 small jar pimento

Dressing:

1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Bring to a boil. Pour over the other ingredients and refrigerate overnight (24 hours is better).
