CAVATINNI 
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 lbs. Italian sausage
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper
Oregano & Italian seasonings
1/2 pkg. pepperoni
1 box curly pasta
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage; drain grease. Add onion, green pepper, oregano, seasonings and pepperoni. Saute mushrooms in butter, add to meat mixture. Cook curly pasta as indicated on box. In 9"x13" dish, layer with meat mixture, pasta and then Mozzarella cheese. Repeat. Bake until heated through.
