PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
(Great with any kind of ham) 1 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 dozen eggs 3 cans (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, unsweetened 15 slices of bread, cut in cubes, lightly toasted Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs, beat well. Stir in pineapple undrained. Stir in bread. Bake in ungreased pan (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
