CHERRY KUCHEN 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
Pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling (cherry, peach, etc.)

Cream butter, add sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, salt and vanilla. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan, saving about 1 cup of dough for top. Spoon on can of pie filling and drop remaining dough by teaspoonsful over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. While still warm, drizzle glaze over top.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk

Mix well and put on warm cake.
