BEER CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Colby or mild Cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Seven Seas buttermilk recipe dressing
1 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
Pinch of cayenne pepper
3/4 c. beer (approximately)

Grate cheeses and mince garlic. Combine with Worcestershire, dressing, mustard, and cayenne pepper. Beat with electric mixer and add enough beer to achieve a spreadable consistency. Refrigerate, covered, until used. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
