Small head cauliflower
1 c. water, steam in electric fry pan

Set aside.

1/3 c. butter
2 med. zucchini
1 green pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic
1-1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes

Saute all ingredients in electric fry pan. Quarter 2 tomatoes and toss in lightly last. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
