CRISCO POUND CAKE 
1 c. Crisco
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. sweet milk
4 whole eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Cream sugar and Crisco; add eggs 1 at a time. Beat 1 minute. Add other flour with milk alternately. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Turn heat up to 350 degrees last 10 minutes (1 hour 10 minutes).

Glaze: Blend 1 cup confectioners sugar with either 2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Drizzle over hot cake. I use lemon juice.
