OLGA 
2-4 onions
2-4 apples
Grated cheese up to 1/4 lb.
Lemon juice (optional)
Grated lemon rind
Salt to taste
1 tsp. oil

Spray pan with vegetable coating; add oil. Chop or thinly slice onions, and add to pan over slow flame. Peel apples and chop into large pieces and add to onions. Stir. Add 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons lemon rind and cubed or coarsely grated cheese. When roughly mixed and hot, add salt to taste and lemon juice to taste. Neither a side-dish nor a relish; just an extra.
