RAW VEGETABLE SALAD | |
4 oz. reg. or lite sour cream 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise, reg. or lite or low cholesterol 1 pkg. or bottle HIDDEN VALLEY® Italian dressing 1 sm. jar drained pimento 1 c. each: broccoli flowerettes and cauliflower, shredded carrots, frozen blanched peas, chopped celery, sliced fresh mushrooms 1 chopped med. red onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional) Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and Italian dressing together and pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight (or least 4 hours) in refrigerator. Top with bacon bits (preferably Hormel), shredded cheese (Colby or Cheddar), parsley and paprika for decoration and added flavor. |
