RAW VEGETABLE SALAD RECIPE 
1 zucchini (about 14 inches, grind skin and all)
1 lg. red pepper, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. or 2 med. cucumber, cut or chopped real fine
1 pkg. of carrots, grated or ground
2 lg. sweet onions, chopped fine

Put vegetables in salt water for 1 hour and drain real good. (For 1 hour.) After the vegetables are drained, put in large bowl or glass jar.

DRESSING:

(To put over the drained vegetables.)

1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Celery seed

Cook these to boiling hot. (May have to double the above dressing recipe.)

Other vegetables that can be used are:

Cauliflower
Cabbage
Turnips
Rutabagas
Broccoli
Parsnips

Frozen:

Whole corn
Beans
Peas

No, no, no, no, no tomatoes or lettuce. Keep well in refrigerator.
