CHOCOLATE-FUDGE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. strong coffee

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking soda; add oil, milk and blend with a spoon. Stir in boiling coffee. Pour into an 8" teflon baking pan or paper lined cupcake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
