PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. raisins
Crushed walnuts (optional)

Grease Pyrex loaf pan. In mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together. Divide equally in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
