PUMPKIN WALNUT BREAD 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. each baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

In large bowl beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs. In medium bowl combine dry ingredients. Fold dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture. Stir just enough to moisten. Pour into loaf pan (greased and floured). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and turn out of pan. Frost if desired.
