HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced chicken
1 can pimento, cut up
1-1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 large green pepper, cut up
2 c. celery, diced
2/3 c. shredded almonds
No. 2 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Combine ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
