BEAN AND BACON BAKE 
3 - 16 oz. cans pork and beans, (drain off extra juice on top of cans--not sauce)
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
4 orange slices, unpeeled
8 slices Canadian bacon, 1/4 inch thick
1/4 c. brown sugar
Melted butter

Mix all ingredients except the last two in a 2 1/2 qt. shallow casserole. On top of bean mixture, arrange Canadian bacon and orange slices in a ring. Refrigerate, covered.

One hour before serving, heat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and brush orange slices with butter.

Bake 50 minutes or until bubbly.

A great winter meal when served with brown bread.
