SUMMER VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 1/2 c. zucchini squash, cut into thin strips 1 inch long
1 1/2 c. yellow squash, cut into thin strips 1 inch long
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1/2 c. green pepper, cut into thin strips
Dash garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Butter, if desired

Divide vegetables evenly on 4 sheets of heavy duty foil. Sprinkle each with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Wrap securely with double-fold seal.

When ready to barbecue, place vegetable packets on grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, turning once. Serve with butter. 4 servings.

OVEN METHOD: Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare vegetable packets as directed above. Place seam side up on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
