1 box cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups rolled oats (maybe more)
1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, milk, in a large mixing bowl. Add chopped nuts and oats. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F until slightly brown around edges.

Note: Any flavor cake mix may be used. You may add raisins, chocolate chips, cherries, etc to make a variety of different cookies.

Makes 3-4 dozen cookies.
