VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

TOPPING:

1 stick of melted butter
4 slices of white bread, cubed

Cook and drain vegetables. Mix with 1 can of mushroom soup. Place in casserole dish, place cheese on top and sprinkle top with bread. Melt butter, add bread crumbs until all cubes are coated. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles through the bread.
