DILLED SALMON CAKE 
12 oz. can salmon, drained
2 slices white bread, toasted, made into crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. dry onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape salmon mixture into patties. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes each side. Makes 2 servings.
