SPOON BREAD 
2 c. milk, scalded
1 c. corn meal
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Combine all ingredients, except egg whites. Mix egg whites until stiff. Fold into other ingredients. Place in greased pan (bread or cake pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Spoon out on dish to serve.
