WINE BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
1 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 c. oil
1 c. Burgundy wine
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients, make a well in center of dry ingredients, add oil and wine and mix well.

Shape into knots, brush with beaten egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yield: 48.
