WINE BISCUIT 
1 c. red wine
1 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. salt
5 c. sifted flour
2-3 drops red food coloring
3 tsp. baking powder

Mix wine, sugar, oil, baking powder and salt. Add flour gradually to make a moist dough. Roll and shape into balls the size of a walnut or rings or twists. BAke 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Do not open oven for the first 15 minutes.
