NO SUGAR FILLED COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 c. sour cream
4 oz. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt

FILLING:

4 oz. mixed dried fruit
1/3 c. water

Blend cream cheese, sour cream, and shortening. Add flour and salt and mix well. Set in refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes.

Roll out 1/2 of dough on cookie sheet. Spread filling evenly; place other half of dough on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brown.

Cook fruit over low heat until thick. Let cool; spread over dough; after baking cool and cut into 2 x 2 inch square. Yields 2 servings.

1 cookie = 1 bread, 2 1/2 fat exchange, 180 calories.
