VENISON AND WILD RICE | |
1 lb. ground venison, moose, etc. 1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sliced celery 1 c. mushrooms 1 c. water 1 chopped onion 3 tbsp. soy sauce Brown meat in skillet. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well, then pour into a 2 quart dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more. |
