CARROT MEAT DISH 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped fine
4 lg. carrots, ground in food chopper
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. box macaroni, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat in skillet with butter. Add onion. Combine cooked macaroni and meat mixture. Add the soup, salt and pepper to taste. Add the carrots last. Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
