BAKED STEAK 
2 1/2 or 3 inch thick sirloin steak. Cover with green pepper, 1 onion and rind of 1 lemon and celery. Cover with 1/2 bottle catsup. Bake in oven (350 degrees) about 20 minutes per pound. Season with salt and pepper. Steak usually weighs 4-5 pounds.
