ORANGE SAUCE 
Juice of 8 oranges
2 tbsp. apricot jam
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 oz. Gran Marnier
2 oz. apricot brandy
4 oz. brown sugar
Dash of cider vinegar

Bring all ingredients to a boil and thicken with cornstarch. Serve over roast duck or chicken.
