CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Broccoli
Whole chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup (no water)
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
Butter

Cook chicken in salt water until tender. Cook cut up broccoli in salt water until tender. Mix together soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add chicken and broccoli; stir. Put in 9"x13" pan, grated cheese on top then buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
