CHICKEN ITALIAN 
5 lb. boned, skinned chicken breasts, cut in long thin strips
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1-2 tsp. parsley
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 broken bay leaf

Flour chicken first. Combine all ingredients, except chicken. Marinate chicken 4-5 hours or overnight. Roll in fine Parmesan cheese. Fry or put on foil on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (Frying makes it brown nicer.)
