QUICK PASTA SALAD 
2 c. water
1 pkg. Ramen noodle soup (chicken or mushroom)
1 can tuna
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. plain yogurt
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 c. frozen broccoli (or green peas)
1 tbsp. grated carrot

Bring water to boil; add frozen vegetables and cook 1 minute. Add broken Ramen noodles; continue boiling 2 minutes. Add seasoning packet; stir well. Drain reserved liquid. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise thoroughly; add onion, horseradish and carrot; mix well. Add tuna and mix well. Toss lightly with pasta and vegetable mix. Salt to taste. Serves 2 to 3
