LOW COUNTRY RED RICE 
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
4 (6 oz.) cans water
1 stick butter
2 c. rice
Onions
Bell pepper

Melt butter. Add onions and pepper. Add tomato paste and water. Bring to boil. Add rice. Boil hard a couple of minutes. Lower heat and cook until done, stirring occasionally. Serves 10.
