QUICKY STICKY BUNS | |
1 lb. frozen bread dough 2 tbsp. unsalted butter 1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar 3 tbsp. dark corn syrup 3/4 tbsp. ground cinnamon 3/4 c. pecan halves CINNAMON-SUGAR: 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon Ground nutmeg Make the night before. Pop in oven right from refrigerator. Defrost bread dough according to package directions. Place butter in 9 inch metal cake pan, square or round. Place over low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar, 2 tablespoons corn syrup and cinnamon until combined. Sprinkle pecans in pan evenly. Roll dough out on floured surface into 12x9 rectangle. Drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon corn syrup over dough, spreading with back of spoon. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar evenly over dough. Bake 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. |
