BARBECUE CHICKEN 
10 chicken breasts (boned & skinned)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar peach or apricot preserves

Place chicken breasts in one layer in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Mix dressing, onion soup mix and preserves together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Good served with rice. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
