PUB STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin beef tips
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
4 onions, chopped
4 potatoes, cut to chunks
3 carrots, sliced
1 celery rib, chopped
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. sherry
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook 5 hours on medium flame or bake at 275 degrees.
