BLUEBERRY FUNNY CAKE 
SAUCE:

2 c. fresh blueberries (if frozen, omit water)
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine in a saucepan and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Then allow to cool.

CAKE:

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, beating well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add milk and vanilla, then pour into an unbaked pie crust (a graham cracker rust works too). Pour sauce over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.

It's not the most gorgeous looking pie/cake, hence the name; but tastes good! You might want to garnish with whipped cream.
