SPICED PICKLED PEACHES 
1 (#2 1/2) can peach halves
1 c. syrup from peaches
1/2 c. vinegar
Whole cloves
1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Stud each peach half with 3 cloves. Simmer with rest of ingredients 3-4 minutes; cool. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Delicious! I put them in a quart jar.
