ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
Chopped onion
1 can reg. Ranch style beans
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1 c. water
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Brown ground beef, garlic and onion together in skillet. Drain grease and add tomato sauce, beans, chili seasoning and water, mix and simmer 15 minutes. In a 9 x 13 inch pan layer tortillas, meat mix, Mozzarella and cheddar cheese and repeat layers again. Cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
