TRI-LEVEL BROWNIES 
LAYER 1:

2 c. oatmeal
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
12 tbsp. melted butter

Combine all ingredients. Pat into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

LAYER 2:

1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Beat well. Spread over layer one. Continue baking at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Frost immediately.

FUDGE FROSTING (Layer 3) :

2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
4 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk (about 4 tbsp.)

Combine cocoa, butter and sugar. Mix well. Add vanilla. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until frosting reaches spreading consistency. Spread over hot brownies to turn top layers to fudge. Brownies can also be cooled and frosted as normal.
