SEAFOOD WALDORF SALAD 
1/2 c. dried raisins
1/2 c. apple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
7 oz. solid white tuna, drained
1 lg. red apple, cored and diced
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
Lettuce leaves

Combine raisins, apple juice and lemon juice. Pour over tuna, add apple, celery and walnuts. Combine mayonnaise and yogurt; stir into salad. Arrange lettuce leaves on plate and spoon salad on top.
