MOCK CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1 med. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. minute rice
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water

Brown meat, celery and onion in frying pan. Add to remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with 1/2 can Chinese noodles before baking.
