PASTA FAGIOLI 
Garlic, to taste (2 cloves to 1/2 head)
2 tbsp. oil
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
2 (20 oz. size) cans cannellini beans (white kidney beans)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Saute garlic in oil in a 10 inch skillet. Add tomato sauce and spices; bring to a boil over low light. Simmer, covered, 30 minutes. Add beans and simmer 10 minutes more. Stir occasionally. Serve over noodles or cut-up spaghetti (cooked separately).
