SWEET SOUR CHICKEN KABOBS 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned and cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces
2 green peppers, cut into eighths
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
10 mushroom caps

MARINADE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
