RHUBARB CUSTARD CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been greased and floured. Add rhubarb to top of unbaked cake and sprinkle sugar on top. Pour whipping cream on top of rhubarb. (DO NOT WHIP.) Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350. Cake will be golden brown.
