FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix and bake on a cookie or pizza sheet until slightly brown. Let cool.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
