APPLE PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. applesauce

Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar until well blended. Add egg, soda, salt and spices. Beat well; stir in dry ingredients. Grease and flour bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool; frost with following:

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. peanut butter
3-4 tbsp. milk

Combine sugar and peanut butter. Add milk until creamy and spreading consistency.
