APPLE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. marshmallow creme
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cider

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Cook sugar and cider over moderate heat to a soft ball stage, 240 degrees. Remove from heat and quickly add chocolate mixture. Stir until blended. Pour into 9" buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
