SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. mushrooms
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach
1 can celery soup
2 c. sour cream
mozzarella cheese

Brown beef with mushrooms, garlic and seasonings. Add spinach, cook only until spinach is thawed. Stir in soup and sour cream. Pour into casserole dish, top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, until cheese is browned.
