PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
2/3 tsp. cloves
3 c. milk (evaporated or light cream
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts

4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice can be substituted for these spices.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Beat eggs. Add pumpkin, sugar, spices and milk. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
